BRUNSWICK – B.J. Burnette, Corey Underwood, and Sam Caplan scored first-half goals to send Brunswick to a 3-0 triumph over Lewiston in a KVAC soccer game Thursday.
Underwood crossed a pass to Burnette, who was left open 12 yards in front of the net, for the Dragons’ first goal.
Brunswick (7-0) held firm throughout a much more evenly matched second half of the contest to seal the win.
Tom Williams made on save for the Dragons, while Lewiston’s Brian Nason was credited with two saves.
