FARMINGTON – A feast of music and humor will be served up at 7 p.m. Oct. 1 to benefit the Old South Church kitchen renovation project.
The concert is titled Food, Glorious, Food with with Stan Wheeler as emcee. On the menu are the Mount Blue Voices, Farmington’s Three Tenors (Alan Shumway, Dan Woodward and Richard Morton), the Hot Airs Flute Ensemble, Ruth Hill, the Old South Choir directed by Joel Hayden, and the Hopeful Corvettes.
Also featured will be fiddler Hannah Sloane-Barton, and singers Matt West and Ellie Buckland, accompanied by guitarist/father Andy. Also, WordPlay Theater will provide a sprinkling of humor.
