The following are to be arraigned on Nov. 8 in Rumford District Court:

• Donn Dyer, 57, Rumford, warrant for failure to appear on charge of violation of bail, 2:05 p.m. Sept. 21 on Congress Street. He failed to post $200 cash bail and was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Shawne Gardner, 31, Rumford, warrant for probation revocation, 10:15 a.m. Sept 21 on Cumberland Street. No bail was allowed. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Michael Moore, 21, Rumford, on a South Portland police warrant for theft and an Oxford County grand jury indictment warrant for theft of services, 11:45 p.m. Sept. 20 on Strafford Avenue. He failed to post $2,500 cash bail and was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Brian S. Crowley, 33, Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay a fine on a charge of operating after revocation, 3:20 p.m. Sept. 20 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $167.36 cash bail.
