LEWISTON – Gary Soucy of Robustelli, Rotz and Soucy recently presented Montello School with a $250 check as an Eagle Sponsor of the school’s annual Fall Festival to be held on Saturday, Oct. 15.

Accepting the check on behalf of Montello School was Donna Tardif, kindergarten teacher and Maine’s 2005 Teacher of the Year, and Gus Leblanc, principal.

According to Soucy, “Robustelli, Rotz and Soucy is pleased to support Montello School and the work they are doing to provide quality education to students in Lewiston.”

Held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Montello’s Fall Festival is a day of family entertainment for the community. Highlights of this year’s festival will include pony and wagon rides, children’s games, a jewelry table, a climbing wall and ongoing special presentations.

The raffle table will once again feature an autographed MAINEiac’s jersey, Boston Bruin tickets, tickets to Water Country, gift certificates and 50 other items.

All proceeds will be used to make improvements to the Montello playground. With hundreds of children using the playground every day, the festival benefits not only Montello School, but the Lewiston community.
