BRIDGTON – “An Actor Prepares” is the theme of a series of four weekly classes to be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Fridays, Oct. 14, 21 and 28 and Nov. 4, at the Knights Hill Clubhouse, West Bridgton.

The special workshops will be presented as part of the educational goals of the Lake Region Community Theatre group. Anyone over the age of 18 is invited.

Classes will be a general introduction to the “method” training as taught by the Actors Studio and developed by Lee Strassberg. Participants will learn the history of the “Group Theatre” that was first created by Stanislovsky and brought to the United States in 1939.
