PORTLAND -Tickets go on sale at noon today for a concerty by the Barenaked Ladies Thursday, Dec. 1, at the Cumberland County Civic Center. Tickets to the 7:30 p.m. concert are $49.50 and $37.50, reserved seating, all ages.
