NAPLES, Fla. – Rita T. Ricasoli, 77, of Naples, Fla., formerly of Mexico, Maine, died unexpectedly Monday, Oct. 3, at her residence in Naples.

She was born in Mexico, on July 27, 1928, a daughter of Alfred and Marie (Maillett) Fournier. She was educated in Mexico schools and was a 1946 graduate of Mexico High School.

She was employed for many years by General Electric, having worked with the company in Memphis and Fort Wayne, Ind.

Upon retirement, she and her late husband, Hugo, moved to Naples, Fla.

While living in Mexico, she was a communicant of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church.

She enjoyed golfing and playing bridge.

She is survived by a brother, Roger Fournier and wife, Susie, of Mexico; nieces, Tina Callahan and husband, Thomas, of Biddeford, Peggy Park and husband, Clyde, of Vergennes, Vt., and the Rev. Judy McGuire; nephews, Peter Fournier and wife, Kim, of Portland, and Robert A. “Freddy” Fournier of Sacramento, Calif.

She was predeceased by her husband, Hugo; her parents; and two brothers, Robert Joseph Fournier and Ronald Joseph Fournier.
