LEWISTON – Evelyn A. Roberts, 87, of Bolster Heights, formerly of Blake Street Towers, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, at Central Maine Medical Center with her family by her side.
Born in Caribou on Aug. 4, 1918, a daughter of Amos and Anna Cyr Belanger, she was educated in Caribou schools.
She was a member of St. Patrick’s Parish and was married to Edmund Roberts; he died in October 1975.
She is survived by four sons and spouses, Ben and Lorraine Roberts of Litchfield, Michael Roberts of Montana, Danny and Yolanda Roberts of Tacoma, Wash., and Richard and Pauline Roberts of Rutland, Vt.; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Edna Weed of Arkansas; and four brothers, Alphie and Claremont Belanger of Caribou, and Edgar and Roland of Lewiston.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Joyce Gagnon; and two sisters, Marie Michel and Hilda Pelletier.
