MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – The half brother of a teenager killed in a dirt bike crash in August has been charged with stealing the motorcycle involved in the crash.

Brandon Gray, 17, will be arraigned Oct. 27.

On Aug. 13th, his half brother, 15-year-old Randy Hamilton, died after the dirt bike collided with a car.

A police officer who saw Hamilton and two others riding the bikes tried to pull them over, but they took off. Hamilton crashed into the car while driving on the wrong side of the road as he fled.

Police say David Coyle, of Precourt Street, reported the bike had been stolen from his garage less than a week before the accident.
