LEWISTON – The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce is holding a seminar on “Strategic Planning: Moving Your Organization Forward.”

It will be facilitated by Diane Dunton, president of Potential Released Consulting Services. Dunton helps organizations create compelling strategies to meet complex and challenging business demands and the needs of individual professionals.

This session will focus on how to assess where an organization has been and where it’s going, and begin creating a road map for how to get there.

The seminar will be 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at Central Maine Community College. Cost is $25 for members and $50 for nonmembers. People can call the chamber at 783-2249 to register.
