AUBURN – Central Maine Community College will offer Lego Teambuilding (CCS 031-01), a teambuilding workshop, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27. The cost of $95 includes materials.

LEGO Teambuilding is a day of building, creating, problem solving – in LEGO-based experiences. Those little blocks that lock together to create things have proven to be among the most effective adult learning vehicles. Participants learn the skills of communication, collaboration and leadership. Participants spend the day in a series of LEGO challenges that demand and practice the competencies they need to successfully build and lead teams.

The program will be facilitated by Jim Milliken, who holds a project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute and has more than 15 years of training experience in the areas of project management, supervision, teambuilding and communication.
