LEWISTON – Timothy F. Dargan of Dover, N.H., has joined Northeast Bank as regional vice president and commercial loan officer. The move is in connection with the realignment of the bank’s commercial loan division and the creation of a Business Development and New Client Relations role.
Dargan will also be responsible for the bank’s Portland market and will be located at 77 Middle St.
Dargan, together with recently hired Tim Tower of Scarborough, will oversee all commercial lending for Northeast Bank, with Tower taking over responsibility for existing portfolio management and commercial loan administration and Dargan overseeing new clients and business development.
Dargan joins Northeast with almost 20 years of experience in commercial lending, having worked in various capacities for several banks, including Bank of Boston, Bank of New Hampshire, and most recently GE Commercial Finance.
He is a graduate of Boston College School of Management in Boston with a degree in finance. He lives in Dover, N.H. with his wife and three children, and is board chairman of several nonprofit development companies including the Strafford Economic Development Corporation and the Dover Business and Industrial Development Authority.
