FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Scott M. Maillet, 40, Chesterville, keeping an unlicensed dog May 31 in Chesterville. Fined, $50.

Donna J. Mannix, 39, Temple, driving after habitual offender revocation and driving under the influence April 2 in Temple. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jennifer L. Marks, 22, Jay, driving to endanger April 13 in Jay. A $200 fine was suspended by $150 and license suspended 30 days.

Daniel Martin, 20, Rangeley, minor possessing liquor June 4 in Rangeley. Fined $200.

Dean E. Martin Jr., 31, Farmington, assault June 11 in Farmington. Fined $400.

Jason D. Masterson, 30, Kingfield, driving without proof of financial responsibility July 24 in Kingfield. Fined $250. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug July 24 in Kingfield was dismissed.

Elizabeth A. McCleary, 58, Dorchester, Mass., driving under the influence Dec. 25 in Farmington. Fined $1,000 and license suspended 90 days.

Jason McIntosh, 21, Farmington, assault June 3 in Eustis. Case dismissed.

Ronald A. McLean, 45, Stratton, driving under the influence June 29 in Eustis. Case transferred to Superior Court.

Paul Michael Meng, 29, Farmington, possession of marijuana Aug. 11 in Farmington. Fined $350. For a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Aug. 11 in Farmington, fined $300.

Aaron R. Merrill, 23, Cornville, driving under the influence May 5 in New Vineyard. Charge dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger May 5 in New Vineyard, fined $400 and license suspended 90 days.

Jaymie L. Milledge, 20, Mexico, being a minor possessing liquor July 3 in Rangeley. Fined $200.

James J. Nault, 63, Farmington Falls, assault March 31 in Farmington. A 120-day sentence was suspended. A charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention March 31 in Farmington was dismissed.

Jacob S. Pettitt, 25, Fayette, driving under the influence-one prior April 30 in Farmington. Fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 18 months. For a charge of driving vehicle without license April 30 in Farmington, he was fined $200.
