FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:
Scott M. Maillet, 40, Chesterville, keeping an unlicensed dog May 31 in Chesterville. Fined, $50.
Donna J. Mannix, 39, Temple, driving after habitual offender revocation and driving under the influence April 2 in Temple. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.
Jennifer L. Marks, 22, Jay, driving to endanger April 13 in Jay. A $200 fine was suspended by $150 and license suspended 30 days.
Daniel Martin, 20, Rangeley, minor possessing liquor June 4 in Rangeley. Fined $200.
Dean E. Martin Jr., 31, Farmington, assault June 11 in Farmington. Fined $400.
Jason D. Masterson, 30, Kingfield, driving without proof of financial responsibility July 24 in Kingfield. Fined $250. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug July 24 in Kingfield was dismissed.

Elizabeth A. McCleary, 58, Dorchester, Mass., driving under the influence Dec. 25 in Farmington. Fined $1,000 and license suspended 90 days.

Ronald A. McLean, 45, Stratton, driving under the influence June 29 in Eustis. Case transferred to Superior Court.
