LEWISTON – A Mass of Christian Burial was held for Lauretta Chasse on Wednesday at Holy Family Church, with the Rev. Claude Gendreau officiating. Seated in the sanctuary was Brother Irenee Richard, O.P., who also recited committal prayers at Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery. Chaplain Kathleen O’Wril at Central Maine Medical Center delivered a eulogy at the church.
