WILTON – Public memorial services for David J. West, of Wilton, were held Saturday aftenoon at 1 p.m. from the Wiles Remembrance Center, 136 High St., Wilton, with Rhonda Wiles-Rosell as celebrant. His brother, Jim West, and other family members and close friends offered personal eulogies. Special fiddle music from recording artist Natalie MacMaster was played for services, concluding with the “Ashokan Farewell” played by local musician, teacher and friend, Steve Muise. Private family committal services were held at Lakeview Cemetery, Wilton, following services.
