• Eric Scott Austin, 30, Roxbury, operating under the influence, Oct. 26, by state police, personal recognizance bail and no alcohol, subject to search and testing, 11th District Court date Dec. 19.

• Judith E. Potter, 59, Hiram, failure to appear for operating after suspension, Oct. 26, by state police, $310 bail.

• Gordon E. Peace, 26, Milton Township, three warrants for failure to pay fines for theft/unauthorized use and operating after suspension, and for operating motor vehicle while revoked, Oct. 26, $1,078 bail.

• James Clarence Jennings, 33, Basenburg, N.C., warrant for failure to appear for obstructing government administration, Paris police, Oct. 25, $300 bail.

• Jesse J. Dyer, 24, Paris, warrant for operating after suspension, Oct. 25, by Oxford police, $500 unsecured bail.
