The following are to be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Jessie Cross, 23, Mexico, violation of conditions of release, 3:30 p.m. Oct. 29 on Hancock Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Kenneth Adley, 41, Rumford, domestic assault, 4 p.m. Oct. 29 on Maine Avenue. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Gordon Peace, 26, Milton Township, warrant for failure to pay fines, 12:50 p.m. Oct. 26 on Milton Road. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Darren Farnum, 20, of Bryant Pond, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, failure to report an accident by the quickest means possible, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, 12:54 p.m. on Route 232. He was released on personal recognizance bail.
