FARMINGTON – Public memorial services for Claire L. Mann of Farmington, formerly of Temple, were held Saturday afternoon, Nov. 19, at 3 p.m. from Old South Congregational Church with the Rev. Cathie Wallace officiating. Organist was Patricia Hayden. Congregational hymns included “All Creatures of Our God and King” and “For All the Saints.” Jane Parker, soloist, sang “Our Lord’s Prayer.” Readings included Psalm 121, John 14 and Psalm 23. One of her sons, Philip Mann, and longtime family friend, the Rev. Dr. Richard Waddell, offered personal eulogies. Church members and friends, Dr. Roger Condit and Roy Scribner, assisted the Wiles Remembrance Center Staff as greeters and ushers. Following services, family and friends gathered for a reception in the church vestry, hosted by the Old South Hospitality Committee. Private family committal services will take place at the Village Cemetery, Temple.
