FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:

• Todd D. Toothaker, 23, Farmington, driving under the influence and driving without a license Nov. 5 by Maine State Police. Cash bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 4.

• Valerie B. Gusler, 20, Phillips, warrant for unpaid fines Nov. 7 by the Sheriff’s Dept. She was given time to pay fees and released on Nov.10.

• Allison M. Knowles, 25, Strong, warrant for unpaid fines/fees Nov. 7 by the Sheriff’s Dept. She was given time to pay fees and released on Nov. 10.

• Candy L. Hathaway, 28, Salem, warrant for failure to pay fines Nov. 7 by the Sheriff’s Dept. She was given time to pay fines and released on Nov. 10.

• Stanley Peters, 42, Coplin Plt., criminal trespass Nov. 9 by Maine State Police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 28.

• Shane Brian Dexter, 18, Wilton, violation condition of release Nov. 9 by Wilton police. Cash bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 2.

• Rodney K. Hall, 30, Jay, revocation of probation Nov. 10 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of Nov. 18, he was still being held, according to a jail officer.

• Scott A. Belisle, 34, Rangeley, probation hold Nov. 10 by Rangeley police. Unsecured bail of $2,500 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 16.

• Roderick M. Grose, 34, Augusta, driving after suspension, violation condition of release Nov. 10 by Wilton police. Cash bail of $240 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 4.

• James Nault, 63, Farmington Falls, violation condition of release Nov. 10. As of Nov. 18, he was still being held, according to a jail officer.

• Brent Newton, 34, Peru, criminal mischief Nov. 12 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 25.

• Rebecca L. Abbott, 41, Farmington, violation of condition of release Nov. 13 by Farmington police. As of Nov. 18, she was still being held, according to a jail officer.

• Bridgette R. Gervais, 26, Livermore Falls, acquiring drugs by deception Nov. 14 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 4.

• Francisco Mata, 45, Auburn, unpaid fines, Nov. 14 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $150 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 23.

• Michael P. Pelletier, 26, Jay, domestic assault Nov. 14 by Jay police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 28.
