BERLIN, N.H. (AP) – City residents can hear the train a comin’, and they are not too happy about it. Residents have been complaining since federal rules changed in June, and trains have been sounding their horns as they approach crossings in the city, at all hours of day and night.

City officials will hold a public meeting Tuesday morning with a representative of the Federal Highway Administration.
