LEWISTON – The Lewiston Senior Citizens annual Christmas party will be held Friday, Dec. 2, at the Multi-Purpose Center. A social hour will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Senior Activity Room.

Doors to the gym will open at 5 with dinner at 5:30 p.m. The menu will include roast turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetable, rolls and dessert. Rina Cloutier and her son, Brian, will serve as DJs, providing music for dancing. The cost is $15 a person. Santa and Mrs. Claus might visit.

Those who wish to dance may enter the gym at 7 p.m. for $5 a person. Tickets may be purchased at the Lewiston Senior Citizen Office, Multi-Purpose Center, 145 Birch St.

The seniors will take a trip to LaSalette Shrine in Attleboro, Mass., on Dec. 8 The cost is $45 a person.

Another trip is scheduled for Amesbury, Mass., for a dinner and vaudeville comedy, “A Little Quickie,” on Jan. 11. From Feb. 18 to March 5, seniors will be in Daytona Beach, Fla. There will be daily optional trips to Epcot, Magic Kingdom, St. Augustine, dinner shows amd cruises. Contact the seniors office for more information at 784-2926, ext. 207.
