AUBURN – The wedding of Rebeckalee Campbell Truman and Bruce Roland Bilodeau was held at 3 p.m. on Oct. 1 at Sacred Heart Church in Auburn. Deacon Denis Mailhot officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Bilodeau is the daughter of Arthur and Victoria Campbell of West Paris. Mr. Bilodeau is the son of Roland and Janice Bilodeau of Auburn.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory gown of silk organza in halter style with A-line skirt, with silver beading and embroidery accents. She carried a bouquet of silk ivory peonies with green Calla lilies and pear accents, which she hand-made.
Celeste Truman, daughter of the bride, was her honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Christine Bilodeau, daughter of the bridegroom, Candice Campbell, sister of the bride, and Heidi Connelly, best friend of the bride. Abby Buck, niece of the bride, was flower girl.
Eric Bilodeau performed the duties of best man for his father, and ushers were Craig Davis, cousin of the bridegroom, and Robert Hale, friend of the bridegroom. Landon Heidrich, nephew of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.
A reception followed at the Ramada Inn, after which the couple traveled to Runaway Bay in Jamaica. They are residing in Auburn.
The bride is a graduate of Oxford Hills High School and attended Southern Maine Technical College. She is office manager for the bridegroom’s construction company, R and R Construction, Inc. in Lewiston.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Edward Little High School and attended St. Mary’s College in Halifax, and St. Francis Xavier in Nova Scotia. He is owner of R and R Construction, Inc. in Lewiston.
