MEXICO – A concert of Christmas music, “The Indescribable Gift,” will be presented at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, at the Mexico First Baptist Church, 20 Roxbury Road. It will feature Timothy Blodgett of Peru and Jennifer McPherson of Eliot.
The concert will consist of piano and organ duets, solos and voice solos. A love offering will be taken and a special reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.
McPherson, 14, shares her music through singing, piano, and organ.
She is a member of the All-Eastern Honor Choir and the Sandpipers Seacoast Children’s Chorus.
Blodgett, 16, son of Timothy and Erica Blodgett of Peru, has been playing piano since he was 8. He plays the saxophone with the Mountain Valley Pep Band, the bass guitar and keyboard with the First Baptist Team and at the Rumford Community Home every Monday at 1 p.m.
