Justin A. MaClean, 19, Stratton, driving while license suspended or revoked May 27 in Carrabassett Valley. Fined $250. For a charge of attaching false plates May 27 in Carrabassett Valley, he was fined $100.

Christopher E. MacMichael, 40, Norridgewock, driving a watercraft to endanger July 19 in Norridgewock. Charge transferred to Superior Court.

Christopher E. MacMichael, 40, Norridgewock, failure to report accident July 19 in Norridgewock. Fined $200.

Robert Mallett, 58, Farmington, negotiating a worthless instrument March 27 in Wilton. The case was filed.

Darryl Malone, 40, Rangeley, being a fugitive from justice Aug. 24 in Rangeley. The case was dismissed.

Eric E. Malstrom, 27, Portland, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon July 28 in Jay. Case dismissed. For a charge of criminal threatening July 28 in Jay, he was sentenced for 90 days.

Edmond I. Mangini, 45, Dunbarton, N.H., carrying passenger on ATV without headgear Sept. 4 in Freeman Twp. Fined $125.

Kevin E. Marsters, 45, Canton, driving under the influence Aug. 6 in Jay and driving while license suspended or revoked Aug. 5 in Jay. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Melissa A. Mason, 23, Fayette, driving while license suspended/revoked and unlawful use of license June 1 in Wyman. Both charges dismissed.

Benjamin J. Masterson, 29, Kingfield, violating condition of release Aug. 6 in Kingfield. Charge transferred to Superior Court.

Anna M. McCormick, 40, East Dixfield, allowing a dog to be at large July 27 in Jay. Fined $100.

Jared P. McCourt, 19, Jay, driving under the influence Sept. 17 in Wilton. Fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

April L. McDonald, 21, Jay, negotiating a worthless instrument June 30 in Farmington. Case was dismissed.

Daniel W. McGarry, 48, Madison, driving while license suspended or revoked May 21 in Farmington. Fined $250.

Allison McKenzie, 41, Farmington, driving under the influence Sept. 10 in Farmington. Fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Paul Michael Meng, 29, Farmington, assault Aug. 11 in Farmington. A 60-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Bruce L. Merrill, 20, New Vineyard, being a minor possessing liquor July 29 in Stratton. Fined $200.

Jeremiah J. Merrill, 29, Norway, driving under the influence May 29 in Rangeley. Fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug May 29 in Rangeley was dismissed.

Richard P. Murray, 55, Lewiston, violating condition of release Oct. 21 in Farmington. Sentenced for 24 hours to Franklin County Jail.

David Nadeau, 20, North Turner, possession of marijuana Aug. 21 in Farmington. Fined $350.

Christopher Nault, 37, Farmington, driving under the influence June 18 in Chesterville. Fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for 18 months. Charges of terrorizing and driving a vehicle without a license June 18 in Chesterville were dismissed.
