BOSTON (AP) – Police have charged a Boston man with manslaughter in connection with the death of another man who was found electrocuted on a subway station’s tracks.
Willie Bizzell, 19, of Dorchester was arrested on Wednesday and is scheduled to be arraigned today in Dorchester District Court.
Bizzell and Theodore D. Faulk Jr., 23, of Dorchester, were involved in some sort of altercation on the platform of the Fields Corner subway station just before Faulk was found dead on the tracks on Sept. 22, according to police.
Faulk was pronounced dead at the scene and the cause of death was determined to be electrocution. After a lengthy investigation, the medical examiner’s office determined on Monday that Faulk’s death was a homicide.
