LEWISTON – Francis “Bill” Boulanger, 81, of 60 Charles St., Lewiston, passed away on Friday, Dec. 9, at his daughter’s house on Rejane Avenue.

Born in Boston, Mass., on Aug. 28, 1924, he was the son of Albert and Sadie Mutch Boulanger. He was educated in local schools and graduated from Lewiston High School. He graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass.

For many years, he was self-employed as a business consultant and accountant.

He loved golfing, traveling and spending time with his wife, Flo, who passed away on Oct. 18. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church, Prospect Hill Golf Course and the Elk’s Club. He was a good bridge player, and he loved his cat, “Missy.”

He is survived by a son, Dr. Michael Boulanger and wife, Nancy, of Lewiston; a daughter, Donna and husband, Gary Travaglini, of Lewiston; four grandchildren, Rebecca Leary and husband, Michael, of Massachusetts, Andrew Boulanger of Colorado, Anthony Travaglini of New York and Joseph Travaglini of Lewiston; and a great-granddaughter, Madeline Leary of Massachusetts.

He was predeceased by his parents; and wife of 58 years.
