PORTLAND – Kevin Fletcher of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty will participate on the Maine Real Estate and Development Association’s Membership and Marketing Committee.

Fletcher is a certified commercial investment member, a designation he shares with less than 5 percent of all commercial real estate specialists in North America.

He is also a member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, director of Western Maine Transportation Services Inc. and a director and membership chairman of the Martindale Country Club.

Fletcher has been with Coldwell Banker Millett Realty since 1996. He and his wife, Trisha, work together with a staff of five that make up Team Fletcher, offering both commercial and residential services.

He attended Gray-New Gloucester schools and served four years in the U.S. Army with the military police. He and his wife have two boys and are expecting a girl in the coming months.
