STRONG – At North Country Associate’s annual fall retreat, Kathy Lambert was named Department Head of the Year for Strong Nursing Home.

Lambert is the food service director and has worked at the facility for the last 23 years. She has worked in many capacities at the facility over the years, starting as a CNA and then activity director and, for the last 10 years, has been the head of the Dietary Department.

Lambert is a longtime resident of Strong where she lives with her husband, Roger. They have three adult children and two granddaughters.
