LIVERMORE FALLS – The Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens met at Murray Hall on Dec. 5 with 33 members present. Chairwoman Shirley Couture opened the meeting and Mary Groleau led the group in singing “Deck the Halls” and “Jingle Bells.”

Cecile Hathaway and Carmen Moreau were welcomed back. It was reported that Lorette Chabot is in the hospital recovering from a broken hip and a card was sent to her. Richard Bryant is not doing well and the group extended their prayers and good wishes.

SeniorsPlus will hold a Christmas meal at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16. The menu will be roast pork with stuffing, potatoes and gravy, squash, a roll and a holiday dessert. Call 645-3315 to make a reservation.

SeniorsPlus has scheduled a St. Patrick’s Day trip to Indian Head Resort, Lincoln, N.H., on March 15. The cost is $54.

The 50-50 was won by Aurelien Couture. The meeting was adjourned and cards and games were played.
