AUGUSTA – Some people just can’t get enough of Larry the Cable Guy. He’s proven to be so popular in Maine that he’s added a second show to a spring stop at the Augusta Civic Center.

Tickets for a May 1 follow-up to his April 28 show go on sale at 8 a.m. today. They are available through the Civic Center office or at Ticketmaster’s real and online locations.

Tickets for the April show sold at a lightning-quick pace.

Larry the Cable Guy, one of four Blue Collar Comedy Tour performers, is billed as the one of the hottest comedians in the United States.

His “Right to Bare Arms” CD continues to be a top-selling comedy album. His book, “Get-R-Done,” was on The New York Times bestseller list.
