FARMINGTON – Funeral services for Eunice Decker were held Tuesday afternoon at the Wiles Remembrance Center, Wilton, with Rhonda Wiles-Rosell as celebrant. A very dear friend, Paula Kaiser, played on the guitar and sang “Peace In The Valley.” Her husband, Randall, gave a eulogy, as did one of her sons, Scott Woods, who also recited “Mothers Don’t Really Die” by Helen Steiner Rice. Another Steiner Rice poem was also recited, titled “A Mother’s Love.” Following cremation, spring interment will take place at her grandparents’ lot at Lakeview Cemetery, Wilton.
