AUBURN – Service awards were presented at the annual meeting of SCORE recently. Among those honored were five years, Robert Pacios; 10 years, Maurice Champoux, Roger Knowlton, Maurice Ouellette, Richard Ryder and Bethel Shields; and 15 years, Robert Sawyer.
Dana Pelletier received the SCORE Gold Member Award for his distinguished service and exceptional contribution to the chapter.
Special guests at the meeting were Maine SCORE District Director Charles Orem; Lewiston High School Student Services Coordinator John Cook; Diane Jackson, regional representative for Sen. Olympia Snowe; and Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce President Chip Morrison. Morrison presented a program detailing recent growth and development in the Twin Cities.
Recently elected officers of the L-A SCORE chapter are Ralph Tuttle, chairman; Richard Kendall, vice-chairman; Robert Parnes, second vice-chairman; Maurice Ouellette, treasurer; and Robert Sawyer, secretary.
