TURNER – The Board of Selectmen on Monday reappointed fire Chief Steven A. Fish.

The move comes months after the board voted unanimously to not reappoint him. The Volunteer Firefighters Association backed Fish and called the board’s action inappropriate. The earlier vote was without Chairman Lori Fish in attendance. She is the wife of Chief Fish.
