Major General John W. Libby, commissioner, Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management, and adjutant general, Maine National Guard, announces the promotion of the following Maine Army National Guard soldiers of the 133rd Engineer Battalion: Staff Sergeant Michael Lee Bolduc, Specialist Kathryn Anne Bouffard and Private Adam Christopher Buckley, all of Norway, and Sergeant Robert Vincent Salvatore Jr. of Lewiston.
