LEWISTON – Northeast Bank hosted its 18th annual Employee Recognition Celebration held recently at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn for its employees throughout the company, including Northeast Financial, the company’s brokerage and investment division and Northeast Bank Insurance Group Inc., its insurance division.
Among those honored were Teller of the Year to Stephanie Corriveau, teller at the Bethel branch for her efforts in cross sales; Customer Service Representative of the Year to Lorena Tyler, at the Bethel branch for her efforts in cross sales for the third year in a row; Retail Manager of the Year to Liza Crenshaw, branch sales manager in Augusta for her efforts in cross sales; Retail Salesperson of the Year to Daniel Hancock, assistant vice president and business development officer in Brunswick for his efforts in cross sales, loan production and business development.
Also, Commercial Lender of the Year to Van Perry, vice president and commercial lender in Lewiston/Auburn for his efforts in cross sales, commercial loan production and overall business development; Financial Services Salesperson of the Year to Norm Poulin, vice president in Falmouth for his efforts in new client generation, customer retention, cross sales and overall business development; Sales Achievement to Scott Dennis of the Northeast Bank Insurance Group in Bethel for the most significant increases in business and customer service over last year; Support Division Sales Award to Lena Hann, commercial loan administrator in Auburn/Lewiston for her efforts in a non-customer contact role in the area of cross sales; and Insurance Group Employee of the Year to Sara Lacasse of the Northeast Bank Insurance Group in Rangeley for outstanding sales and client service over the past year.
The top honor was Salesperson of the Year, awarded to Karen Danforth, recently promoted to vice president and business development officer in South Paris.
Danforth was awarded this distinction based on her personal sales volumes, customer relationship development and retention, and the overall growth and success of her branch.
