AUBURN – A Lewiston man was indicted on 11 felony counts of keeping or sending along pictures of children 12 years old and younger engaged in sexually explicit poses.
An Androscoggin County grand jury handed up this week the charges against Lawrence M. Frabizio, 62, of 23 Spoffard St.
The charges stem from electronic images found on a computer used last spring by Frabizio, said Lewiston Police Detective Scot Bradeen, a computer forensic examiner.
Frabizio viewed and, in some cases, forwarded nearly a dozen groups of photos of known victims of kiddie porn who were identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
He is scheduled for a Feb. 3 arraignment in Androscoggin County Superior Court.
