LEWISTON – For their first show of 2006, “Chip and The Chamber” will feature interviews with Jim Caitlin, the town manager of Turner, and Carl Lunt, the town manager of Lisbon. In 1993, the Lewiston/Auburn Chamber combined with the Lisbon Area Chamber and the Turner Business Committee to form the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce, and these towns are still very important to its structure.

The public affairs show is filmed at Great Falls TV in Lewiston which broadcasts it Wednesdays at 9 p.m. and Saturdays at 5 p.m.

The program is also shown on Norway-Paris Cable TV and WGLT TV7 Greene Local Access Channel serving Greene, Leeds, Wales and Turner. Check local listings for dates and times.

Chamber President Chip Morrison co-hosts the show with its producer, Toni Seger. During the January show they also discuss the governor’s new tax proposal to eliminate personal property taxes on business equipment.
