SABATTUS – Christopher Nolin just opened a wedding and specialty cake businesses, expanding his family’s longtime wedding photo and video business.

Nolin graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a culinary arts degree in pastry baking and refined his technique in several New England hotels. Nolin’s Wedding & Specialty Cakes offers a range of wedding cake options, including fondents and Luster Dust, as well as classic white frosting and floral arrangements.

Nolin also creates cakes for occasions such as showers, birthdays, holidays and other special events. Cakes can be delivered and set up at receptions, and are available to suit any budget.
