The following are to be arraigned on March 7 in Rumford District Court:

• Scott Hart, 23, Rumford, operating without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 3:30 p.m. Jan. 7 on Falmouth Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Thomas Brown, 51, Rumford, violation of conditions of release, 10:40 p.m. Jan. 6 on Cumberland Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Ronald White, 45, Rumford, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and refusal to submit to arrest, 6:35 p.m. Jan. 6 on Franklin Street. He failed to post either $600 cash or $5,000 surety bail and was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Matthew Taylor, 21, Rumford, violation of conditions of release, 11:27 a.m. Jan. 6 on Falmouth Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Alan Keefe, 49, Dixfield, Rumford District Court warrant for failure to appear for a charge of operating under the influence, 9:45 a.m. Jan. 5 on River Street. He was released on $500 cash bail.

• Brexton Boudle, 22, Colebrook, N.H., operating under the influence – drugs, 3 a.m. Jan. 4 on Franklin Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

Accidents

• Jan. 7, 9:25 a.m. – Judith Walker, 57, of Mexico, driving a 1987 Oldsmobile, slid on snow and ice into an unoccupied, parked 2005 GMC pickup truck owned by Dale Sweatt, 74, of Peru in the parking lot of Franklin Savings Bank. Estimated damage to the truck, was $2,000; to the Oldsmobile, $500.

• Jan. 5, 11:20 p.m. – A tractor-trailer truck is suspected of sliding into and striking a utility pole at the corner of Routes 2 and 232, causing a brief power outage. The pole was damaged slightly, but damage was not likely caused to the rig’s trailer.
