FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:

• Kelly Bachelder, 42, Rangeley, violation of conditions of release Jan. 10 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Bailed by court on personal recognizance for court appearance on March 1.

• Erica Gilpatrick, 34, Farmington, domestic assault Jan. 12 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 provided for court appearance on Feb. 22.

• Julia Small, 29, Farmington, two counts violation of bail and one count refusing to sign warrant Jan. 12 by Farmington police. As of Jan. 19, she was still being held, according to a jail officer.

• James Engel, 42, Phillips, criminal restraint Jan. 12 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 25.

• Benjamin Masterson, 29, Kingfield, violations of conditions of release Jan. 13 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on March 1.

• Katy LaPlante, 21, Livermore Falls, elevated aggravated assault Jan. 13 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of Jan. 19, she was still being held, according to a jail officer.

• March Carrier, 53, Phillips, unlawful sexual contact Jan. 13 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance Feb. 10.

• James V. Harris, 23, Temple, driving under the influence Jan. 13 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $2,000 provided for court appearance on Feb. 22.

• Martin Brown, 42, Chesterville, domestic assault Jan. 14 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 provided for court appearance Feb. 22.

• Francis J. Griffin, 24, Falmouth, driving under the influence Jan. 15 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $1,000 provided for court appearance on Feb. 22.

• John F. Carleton, 45, Rangeley, driving under the influence Jan. 15 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of Jan. 19, he was still being held, according to a jail officer.
