STRONG – Alice Ryder has been named as Employee of the Year at Strong Nursing Home. She was selected by her peers from the facility’s 12 Employees of the Month.

Ryder is a cook who has been cooking for the residents for almost eight years. She frequently does little extras for residents, staff and the community.

Alice and her husband, Colby, live in Strong. They have three adult children and many grandchildren.
