MONMOUTH – Linda J. Hill, 52, a resident of Chipmunk Lane, Monmouth, died Saturday, Jan. 21, at The Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice, Stetson Road, Auburn, where she was a resident.

She was born on Aug. 15, 1953, in Westbrook, the daughter of Albert and Theresa (Vincent) Lampron. She attended school in Westbrook and graduated from Westbrook High School.

On Aug. 28, 1971, in Portland, she married Robert Hill.

Linda was a devoted housewife and mother. She also worked at Liberty Mutual in the auto insurance department, doing auto rating for 20 years.

She enjoyed going fishing, yard sales, shopping, the plays in Monmouth and Lewiston, antiquing and reading.

She is survived by her husband, Robert of Monmouth; her father and stepmother, Albert and Patricia Lampron of Scarborough; a daughter, Bobbie Hill and her fianc, Bill Gendron, of Lewiston; two sons, Christopher Hill and his wife, Trisha, of Lewiston, Samual Hill and his fiance, Lina, of Auburn; eight grandchildren, Noah, Shanna, Kyla Rae, Sydney, Brianna, Summer, Kalib and Katlin; two brothers, Anthony Lampron and his wife, Camilla, of Lewiston, Louis Lampron and his wife, Linda, of Westbrook; two sisters, Elaine Allen and her companion, John Egan, of Windham, Judith Lachance and her husband, Darrell, of Westbrook. Linda will be missed by her dog, Hans.

She was predeceased by her mom and her brother, Albert Lampron.
