POLAND – Poland youth baseball clinics (pitching and catching) are planned for February at Poland Regional High School. Eligible are those in Grades 3-8.

The dates are Feb. 5, 12 and 26 at the following times: 2-3:15 p.m., Grades 3-4; 3:30-4:45, Grades 5-6; 5-6:15 p.m., Grades 7-8.

The staff will include coaches from Poland Regional High School and Monmouth Academy, Winning Edge instructors, and some local college coaches and players.

Cost is $20 per session or $40 for all three. Emphasis will consist of instruction, skills, and drills on basic pitching and catching fundamentals.

March clinics are also planned for hitting, fielding, throwing/pitching.
