Preo, 29, of Lewiston, while Preo was stopped in traffic at 8:45 a.m. Monday at Scribner Boulevard and Fairmount Street. Damage to Murdock’s 1990 Toyota was estimated at $2,000; to the 2000 Dodge, driven by Preo and owned by Robert Brooks, $800.

• A tractor-trailer driven by Milton A. McLaurin, 43, of Woonsocket, R.I., struck a tractor-trailer driven by Edward W. Hunt, 47, of Lake City, S.C., while Hunt was parked at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the parking lot at Irving Mainway on Washington Street. Damage to the 2005 Freightliner, driven by McLaurin an owned by Western Express, of Nashville, Tenn., was estimated at $200; to the 2006 Freightliner, driven by Hunt and owned by J.B. Hunt Transport, $3,000.
