FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:

• Jacob Shoemaker, 22, Bridgton, burglary/theft Jan. 24 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of Feb. 2, he was still being held, according to a jail officer.

• Dianne Allen, 42, Jay, violation of bail conditions Jan. 25 by Wilton police. Released on personal recognizance for court appearance March 1.

• Benjamin F. Bodis, 23, Farmington, driving under the influence/driving without license Jan. 25 by Farmington police. Released on personal recognizance for court appearance on March 1.

• Angela Wallace, 31, Salem, domestic assault Jan. 25 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $2,000 provided for court appearance on March 22.

• Theodore Hastings, 47, Dryden, probation hold Jan. 25 by Wilton police. He was released by the court, according to a jail intake officer.

• James Eberhart, 32, Jonesport, failure to appear-driving after suspension Jan. 25 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Bailed on personal recognizance for court appearance Feb. 24.

• Jason Merrithew, 20, Strong, failure to appear-allowing minors to possess/consume alcohol Jan. 25 by Wilton police. Cash bail of $500 provided for court appearance on March 22.

• Ricky D. Rice, 22, Strong, probation violation Jan. 26 by Carrabassett Valley police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 28.

• James Towers, 39, Rumford, probation violation Jan. 27 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of Feb. 2, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

• Roger A. Huff Jr., 39, Palermo, possession of schedule W drugs and violation of condition of release Jan. 28 by Rangeley police. Cash bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on March 1.

• Norman Bradley, 19, Oakland, driving after suspension Jan. 28 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on March 22.

• Somchay Phousengthong, 50, Lowell, Mass., driving without a license Jan. 28 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on March 22.

Rumford

Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned April 4 in Rumford District Court:

• Sonia Richard, 45, Mexico, operating under the influence, 5:58 p.m. Feb. 2 on Route 2. She was released on $300 cash bail.

• Christopher Huard, 29, Rumford, domestic terrorizing and obstructing the report of a crime or injury, 2:17 p.m. Feb. 2 on Washington Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Deborah Jameson, 37, Rumford, warrant for unpaid fines on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, 8:25 a.m. Feb. 2 on Pine Street. She paid the fine of $583 cash bail, and is not to be arraigned.

• Philip Toher, 50, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 7:40 p.m. Feb. 1 on Fontaine Avenue. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

• Allen Albanesi, 61, Rumford, operating after suspension, 3:45 p.m. Feb. 1 on Prospect Avenue. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.
