LEWISTON – Patience Johnson announced she is completing her eighth and last year as Androscoggin County commissioner. Her second term ends Dec. 31.

With two others, she oversees a $9.88 million budget and more than 100 employees. She said she will focus more energy on her real estate business as a broker for Coldwell Banker-Millett Realty and become more involved in the community.
