LEWISTON – Germaine Dubuc, 99, formerly of Bolster Heights, Auburn, died Thursday, Feb. 9, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

She was born at St. Camille de Wotton, Quebec, Feb. 5, 1907, the daughter of Alphonse and Condelie Geaumont Marchand. She was a resident of this area since 1923 and was employed in local shoe shops, until her retirement in 1972. She was married to Leo Dubuc on May 30, 1939.

She is survived by a son, Claude Dubuc and his wife, Maryann, of Connecticut; a daughter, Joline Labonte and her husband, the Rev. Roland, of Readfield; her sisters, Arline Lepage, Connie Beaule and Rolande Beaule, a brother, Glorio Marchand, all of this area; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband; three sisters, Armande Beaudoin, Simonne St. Hilaire and Mignonne Eccles; and two brothers, Jules and Albert Marchand.
