This is in reference to the front page of the Feb. 4 Sun Journal. The paper should be ashamed for choosing to place a picture of a snowboarder just above the article about a young woman who was so badly injured on the ski slopes while apparently trying to avoid a snowboarder. That picture should have appeared in the sports section, not near the story of how the young woman is trying to accept her injuries and start her therapy to regain her life.

One would hope that in the future more sensitivity, compassion, better judgment and better editing would prevail.
