RUMFORD – A memorial service for Richard “Dick” Horne was celebrated at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, at S.G. Thibault Funeral Home. The Rev. Linda Kimball officiated.

Ritualistic memorial services were conducted by the Rumford Lodge of Elks BPOE 862. Special music selections were “God Bless America,” “Battle Hymn of the Republic” and “God Bless the USA.” Personal remarks were given by Libby Parr, Greg Parr, James Bernard and Jeannie Walsh.
