OXFORD-Books N Things will not be moving to its new location at 430 Main St., Norway, as planned this weekend. According to owner Erica Jed, a pipe burst at the new store, soaking the new carpets. Jed said the store will move when the carpet is installed and it dries out. Meanwhile, the store will keep its hours -9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 1 1 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
